We had booked a room for 3 people however on arrival only the queen bed was made up. On notifying reception promptly made up the bed, albeit there was a large dent in the middle of the bed given the sofa bed format. We then noticed the bottom sheet of the queen bed had a wet dirty mark on. Again, upon informing reception they promptly brought up a clean bed sheet and offered to make the bed. Despite the above the air conditioning worked well and the bathroom was clean.
